About me.....
After working as a coach and mentor for young people for 13 years within the field of mental health, I developed a real passion for the connection between a healthy mind and healthy body. Alongside my own personal fitness journey, I’ve seen first hand how exercise can completely transform not just your lifestyle, but your mindset too.

A coaching style built on
connection
What sets my personal training and coaching style apart is the genuine, trusting relationships I build with my clients. With a degree in Youth and Community Education and over 13 year's experience supporting children, young people and families, I have a good understanding of human behaviour, motivation and wellbeing. Exercise & fitness does not need to be gruelling, its all about finding what works for you and adapting to life challenges.

Mindful movement
Recognising how important it is for women to work with the unique physiological changes we experience regularly. Training and diet can be adapted accordingly by tracking cycles or identifying signs that indicate hormonal changes and planning training to reflect these changes.
"Working with Hailey helped me build confidence in exercise and my body. The tailored support for women's health made all the difference" Sarah J.
