Experience fully personalised workout plans designed exclusively for you. Whether it's H.I.I.T, boxing, or weight training, each session tailored  to your goals, to start where you are. Using a range of functional equipment to create a balanced workout including Barbells, Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Kettle Bells, Boxing Pads/Gloves, Slam balls. 

Movement in Nature

Encouraging outdoor exercise to improve overall well-being and motivation, training in local parks and beautiful green spaces. Covering Richmond, Hampton, Twickenham & surrounding areas. We also organise activity socials such as walking, running and hiking in nature to encourage healthy lifestyle outside of sessions. Sessions can also take place in your home or garden if preferred. 

Mentoring & Coaching

Children/Young people

Movement and fitness can be powerful tools for supporting children and young people. Through mentoring and coaching, I use age appropriate movement and exercise to help build confidence, manage anxiety and develop positive coping skills. Sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive and pressure-free. Creating a safe space where young people can move their bodies, release energy and feel more confident in themselves. By focusing on enjoyment rather than performance, movement becomes a tool for emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-belief.

Focus on Women's Health & Nutritional Coaching 

Recognising that your body changes throughout different stages of life, means your training and diet should adapt with it. Our approach supports hormone balance and uses nutrition as a powerful tool for weight loss, energy and overall wellbeing fully tailored to your individual needs and  lifestyle.
